Durval brings over a decade of coaching experience, with a strong background in NCAA Division 1 and Division 2 college athletics. As the Director of Coaching and Methodology at Cheshire Soccer Club since 2013, he has built a successful brand competing in youth leagues in the Northeastern United States. Durval holds a USSF A Senior License and a Master's from MBP School of Coaching in Barcelona, Spain. This program provided him invaluable insights in scouting, methodology development, coaching leadership, and game understanding, working with top minds in the field. He has also coached at the MLS NEXT level, alongside prominent coaches and players in the United States. Durval's impressive playing career includes being a top player in the US, part of the US National Team Pool, and an All American Division 1 athlete at Quinnipiac University. He continued his success with a professional playing career in Portugal before returning to the United States as a dedicated coach.

Shane brings extensive experience in soccer, having coached at NCAA Division 1 and Division 2 levels. With over a decade in the sport, he co-founded XG Sports Group. Shane also served as a director and coach at two MLS NEXT clubs in Connecticut, specializing in performance and college recruitment for U15 to U19 age groups. He holds a USSF A Senior License and holds key roles as Individual Performance Director, Head Coach, and scout for a Northeastern amateur club. A native of Connecticut, Shane excelled as an All-American and All-Regional Team Player, recognized as a standout recruit in the region. He continued his soccer journey at Quinnipiac University, playing Division 1 soccer. Shane holds a B.S. in Media and Sport Studies and went on to have a professional playing career in Germany and Hungary, competing in the fourth and second divisions.

McNamara's 13-year tenure as Yale's Head Women's Tennis Coach saw 4 Ivy League Championships, 4 NCAA Tournament appearances, and 4 ECAC Indoor Team Championships. Her teams ranked as high as #1 in the Northeast and #28 in the nation. She earned two Coach of the Year titles. McNamara's player development produced Yale's first Ivy League Player of the Year and All-Americans, along with 2 Rookies of the Year. She coached 39 All-Ivy players. Her recruiting track record includes multiple blue chip and 5-star players. As a Michigan student-athlete, she earned Big Ten Sportswoman of the Year and All-Big Ten player. McNamara's achievements have earned her recognition, including being honored as one of Michigan's 'Leaders and Best in 50 States.' She excelled in USTA events and contributes to various tennis organizations.
