Payments Terms
 
Seller shall invoice Service Recipient for costs payable hereunder in arrears on a monthly basis and Service Recipient shall remit full payment upon receipt of such invoice. Any late payment of an amount under this Agreement to be paid by the Service Recipient shall bear simple interest from and including the date such payment is due under this provision until, but excluding, the date of payment, at a rate per annum equal to the 10%.
 
Photo Release

• I authorize XG Sports Group to take my photographs.
• I authorize XG Sports Group to use my photos on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik-Tok, and all other social media platforms.
• I authorize XG Sports Group to edit, alter, copy or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing.
• I agree that the photos all intellectual property rights of the photos belong to XG sports Group.
• I agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for usage of my photographs in social media platforms.
